Chiropractic Care in Manalapan, New Jersey

Why You Should Go to a Chiropractor

Part of the chiropractic approach involves determining whether the body’s natural structure has caused problems with the functions in other areas of your body because of reactions in the nervous system.

Structural changes can affect the nerves and the spinal cord by affecting the normal communication of information from the brain to the rest of the body.

Dr. Wayne F. Kreiger has over 40 years of experience in the field of chiropractic. In addition to chiropractic care, Dr. Kreiger has a number of other alternative healthcare services including Extracorporeal Pulse Activation Technology, Physiotherapy, Cold Laser Therapy, Pre-natal & Pediatric Care, Therapeutic Ultrasound Treatments and much more.

About Chiropractic Care

The non-invasive, drug-free, hands-on approach focuses on patient examination, diagnosis and customized treatment. Through diagnostics, we are trained to recommend therapeutic and rehabilitative exercises to patients. We also recognize the importance and health-related benefits of nutrition and proper lifestyle choices.

Chiropractic Adjustments

At its most basic, chiropractors perform a therapeutic procedure called spinal adjustment or chiropractic manipulation.

In most cases, back pain emanates from the misalignment (called vertebral subluxation) of the spinal vertebrae. The subluxation, basically an impinged nerve, causes irritations of the spinal nerve which in turn inhibits the normal nerve flow from the brain to the tissue. A gentle chiropractic adjustment is used to realign the spine.
