Dr. Wayne F. Kreiger graduated Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1980 and has maintained a practice on Tennent Road in Manalapan, New Jersey for over 40 years. As director of Garden State Chiropractic Center, Dr. Wayne Kreiger has treated thousands of patients in Monmouth county from all ages including expectant mothers, infants, toddlers, teenagers, adults and seniors.
He has provided alternative healthcare to patients with ailments such as low back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, whip lash, sports injuries, colic, allergies, headaches, stress and much more.

Dr. Nick Kreiger graduated Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Florida. Dr. Nick Kreiger treats patients of all body types and ages- from infants to athletes to seniors and everyone in between – using techniques and procedures with a holistic approach.
He is born and raised in Manalapan and attended Manalapan High School where he excelled in baseball and basketball. He graduated Rowan University with a Bachelor’s degree in Health and Exercise Science. He played 4 years of collegiate baseball, serving as a team captain his senior year.
In his free time, Dr. Nick Kreiger enjoys sports, enjoying the outdoors, spending time with family & friends and traveling.
